The 4-hour Observation and Documentation course will teach you the importance of effectively observing while on performing duties, and how to properly fill out the necessary documentation. You will also provide insight into properly documenting information using various types of reports and understanding observation and patrolling techniques, and how to ask appropriate questions during interviews.
